Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to website development and related web services provided by MK TechLogic ("MK TechLogic", "we", "us") to you ("the client"). By requesting a quotation, approving a project or making a payment, you accept these terms.
These terms may be supplemented by a written quotation, proposal or agreement shared with you for a specific project. If a project document conflicts with these terms, the project document takes priority for that project.
Services
MK TechLogic currently provides website development and related web solutions, including landing page development, business website development, custom website development, responsive web design, website redesign, website maintenance, contact form integration, WhatsApp integration and SEO-friendly website development.
The exact services, deliverables and scope for your project are defined in your written quotation or proposal before work begins.
Project Requirements
Before a quotation is finalised, we discuss your requirements with you: the purpose of the website, the pages and features you need, your preferred content and any reference websites. Clear requirements at this stage keep the project fast and on budget.
Any requirement not included in the agreed scope will be treated as a new request and quoted separately.
Pricing and Quotations
Prices shown on this website (for example, landing pages starting at ₹1,999, business websites starting at ₹2,999 and pro websites starting at ₹3,999) are starting prices only. Final pricing may vary depending on project requirements, features, integrations, design complexity and customization.
You will always receive a written quotation before work begins. The quotation states the scope, deliverables, price and timeline, and remains valid for the period stated in it.
Payment Terms
Payment terms and schedule (for example, advance amount and milestones) are agreed in writing in your quotation before the project starts. Work on the project begins after the agreed advance payment is received.
Unless stated otherwise in your quotation, the remaining balance is due before the final website is delivered or made live. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown separately in the quotation.
Project Timeline
An estimated timeline is included in your quotation. The timeline assumes prompt feedback, content and approvals from you at each stage. Delays in providing feedback, content or access may shift the delivery date accordingly.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, branding materials and website content within the agreed schedule.
- Review designs and staging previews and share consolidated feedback.
- Confirm that you hold the rights to all text, images, logos and other materials you supply.
- Provide required access (for example, domain or hosting credentials) where agreed.
Revisions and Changes
Your quotation includes the number of revision rounds stated in it. A revision adjusts the work already agreed in the scope; a change that adds new pages, features or integrations is a new request and may be quoted separately.
Website Content
Unless content writing is explicitly included in your quotation, you supply the text, images and other materials for the website. You confirm that all materials you provide are accurate, lawful and owned or licensed by you.
Third-Party Services
Websites may use third-party services such as hosting platforms, form handling, payment gateways, analytics, maps or messaging integrations (for example, WhatsApp). These services are governed by their own terms, and their availability and pricing are outside our control.
Domain and Hosting
Domain registration, hosting and related third-party fees are either arranged by you or billed as stated in your quotation. Renewal of domains, hosting and third-party subscriptions is your responsibility unless a maintenance arrangement states otherwise.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own the final website design and content produced for your project. MK TechLogic retains the right to reuse general code patterns, components and know-how developed along the way, and to display the delivered work in its own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Project Delivery
A project is considered delivered when the final website has been deployed and confirmed to you in writing. Delivery may include a handover of access credentials, as agreed in the quotation.
Maintenance and Support
Support included with a project covers fixing issues in the delivered work for the period stated in your quotation. Ongoing updates, new content, new features and monitoring are available as separate maintenance arrangements.
Cancellation
Either side may cancel a project in writing before delivery. You pay for all work completed up to the cancellation notice, and any advances may be set off against that amount. Work already delivered (for example, an approved design or a deployed website) is payable in full.
Refund Policy
Advances and payments cover time and work already performed, so paid amounts are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, the advance is refunded in full. If you believe a refund is due in your situation, contact us and we will review it fairly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK TechLogic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
External Services and Integrations
Where a project includes external services or integrations (for example, contact form handling through Netlify Forms, WhatsApp chat, payment gateways or analytics), we configure them as agreed, but their continued operation, terms and data handling are governed by the respective providers.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. The terms in force on the date your quotation is issued apply to that project.
